The registration fee is $50 per player.

You can use the button below to pay now using the PayPal payment portal. Credit and debit cards accepted.

Alternatively, you are welcome to pay in person. Please contact the season organizer to make arrangements.

Step 3: Waiver Form

Each player and parent/guardian of youth players will need to sign the waiver. Here are downloads for you to review. You may print and sign your own copy to hand in to the season organizer.
