Starts out like soccer

The game is played with a soccer ball on a soccer field with soccer goals.

But you can use your hands

Any time the ball is kicked into the air anyone else can catch it before it hits the ground again. Once caught, the player with the ball can run or pass in any direction.

Two-Hand touch forces the ball back to the ground

If the player with the ball is tagged with two hands the ball is dropped to the ground and soccer-style play continues. There is no down to stop the play and no forced change of possession.

Several ways to score

A throw into the goal counts as 1 point.
A soccer-style goal counts as 2 point.
A header counts as 3 points.

No self - passes

Easy-peasy.
